For Those Using Guest Rooms
We would like to sincerely thank you for staying at Hiroshima International Youth House. To have you enjoy this facility for a long time to come, we ask for your cooperation on the following matters.
We would like you to pay our guest room fee in advance and only in Japanese currency. Please bring your passport to show us when you check-in. |
Check-in is from 3:00 pm. |
If you think you will arrive later than 10:00 pm, we ask that you please inform the front desk.
Please be aware that the building is locked at 12:00 midnight. No exceptions, please. |
When leaving the hotel during your stay, always leave your key at the front desk. If you lose your room key, please understand that we will ask you to pay for the key-making and changing the lock on the room door.
Guest room doors are locked automatically. |
When leaving your room, please take your key with you.
Check-out must be completed between 6:00 am and 10:00 am. |
You cannot remain in your room after 10:00 am. At check-out time, please return your room key to the front desk and pay your telephone bill.
If you are planning to use the parking lot, please inform the front desk. |
The parking fee is 1000 yen a night (between 3:00 pm and 10:00 am).The car of 2.1meters or less in
height can be parked. As the parking lot is open to the general public, when there are events being held you may have to wait for a parking space.? Please be aware of the fact that cars cannot be moved into or out of the parking lot between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
Cleaning of the rooms takes place every morning. |
If you plan to stay for an extended period, we would appreciate your cooperation with our cleaning staff.
